Lazy J started in 1980 with two young men who loved to hunt and had the idea of creating a business of guided pheasant hunts. The idea was a good one and the business grew over the years. In 1990 one of the partner’s Larry Leonard was tragically killed in a fishing accident. Since then the surviving owner Dave Holloway has continued the tradition of fine pheasant hunting in Sublette, Kansas.
